Can I submit my own meter reading?

It is not necessary to submit your own reading.

However, if you wish to be billed on actual meter readings monthly, you may submit your meter readings through below self-help channels:
– Using SP Group Utilities Mobile app
– Through SP Utilities Portal

You need not submit meter readings if you are using AMI meters as the consumption will be automatically transmitted from your AMI Meter to SP Group.
